  The Mediterranean Diet is a lifestyle in which balanced and healthy meals are consumed. One of those diseases, as Dr. Leandro Plaza, president of the FEC (Spanish Heart Foundation), could be the cardiovascular ones that are essential for the functioning of the heart, since “this natural juice gives us a high nutritional value to be able to follow a healthy diet ”. In short, the Mediterranean Diet is recognized worldwide for its culinary contributions as concrete products, such as EVOO.
